This area last year WAS Devastated by a huge slide / avalanche. This Was The First Time Since We Had Been back then. It really looks Different, Notably the canyon is WIDER. You can see Where the meat slide-through as the walls Are Nearly vertical now, you can see the tree roots from the earth WHERE WAS ripped away. We will try to go again this winter to get some pics.
On Saturday we went to Mt Hood for the race early 3K and 3K/5K walk for breast cancer. Eked this band, and They put on a very good stage show too with a lot of Attention to lighting.
On Saturday we went to another concert of jazz. This band is called Ronin and they are in Zurich. It was his first concert in the U.S.. Carlos and I enjoy this band. They describe their music as "Zen funk" Very interesting So Here We Are on Sunday, 2 concerts today! First We Are going to see Flecktones Bela Fleck and the this afternoon Followed by funk sax man Maceo Parker . We are definitely looking forward to Both shows:)
